Smart Promise

„Smart Promise“ is a speculative design project that envisions the future of smart products while inviting critical reflection on the promises they make.

This was a collaboration with Tim Ficht and Alan Schiegl.

These devices seamlessly integrate into our daily lives, offering convenience, automation and personalized experiences. But as they become indispensable, they also raise important questions about data privacy, targeted influence and the commercialization of personal information.

To give a glimpse into a potential future product, we are excited to introduce „Dreamsync Pro“! A visionary smart device that explores the final frontier of personalization: our dreams.

This concept explores how emerging dream interface technologies could evolve into real-world products in the future. The device harnesses the power of sound and scent to interpret and influence dreams, enhancing productivity and even offering the possibility of earning money while you sleep.

All 3d-models and animations were created in Blender. The video was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. The Graphics were created using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
